it's 2 years i am working with agriculture department, it so many knowledge about agri practices thare...my field is paddy industry, ,previously I being involved in human resource in agriculture department.i feel i am weak, it's nothing to learn there.. i want agriculture practice and tecnical.there you just read,read and read but no practice...it useles if you know the teori but don't know the practice.Because of that I take decision to change to other field...i choose paddy as my field,i am happy now...and i will learn and learn how to improve our paddy industry,it's our priority as agriculture officer in paddy department....
